Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) sets out how EVERDIM (registered at vul. Svobody, 1S, village of Sofiivska Borshchahivka, Kyiv region, 08131, Ukraine) (the “Company”, “we”) collects, processes, stores, uses, and protects the personal data of users of the website everdim.com (the “Site”).
This Policy has been developed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No. 2297-VI dated 01.06.2010, the Law of Ukraine “On Information”, the Civil Code of Ukraine, and other applicable legislation of Ukraine on personal data protection, as the Company and the Site are established and operate under Ukrainian law.
By using the Site and/or submitting any form on it, you confirm that you have read this Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data on the terms set out herein.
1. Definitions
Personal data — information or a set of information about a natural person who is identified or can be specifically identified.
Processing of personal data — any action or set of actions performed, fully or partly, with or without the use of automated means (collection, registration, accumulation, storage, alteration, use, dissemination, destruction, etc.).
Data controller — the Company, which determines the purpose of processing personal data, the composition of such data, and the procedures for its processing.
Data subject — a natural person whose personal data is processed (a user of the Site).
2. What personal data we collect
We only collect data that users voluntarily provide through the contact, consultation request, booking, apartment/property selection, and job application forms available on the Site:
- name;
- phone number;
- email address;
- resume/CV files and supporting materials — when submitting a job application form;
- technical data collected automatically when visiting the Site: IP address, browser and device type, cookies, and on-site behavioral data (via analytics services).
We do not collect or request any special categories of data (health status, religious beliefs, political views, etc.) through the forms on the Site.
3. Purpose of processing personal data
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- handling inquiries, requests, and applications from users, and communicating with users regarding the Company’s real estate properties;
- providing consultations, commercial offers, and information about construction progress and purchase terms for real estate;
- reviewing job applications and conducting candidate selection;
- performing contractual obligations in the event a contract is concluded;
- improving the operation of the Site and analyzing site traffic;
- sending informational and promotional messages — only with the user’s separate consent, with the ability to opt out at any time.
4. Legal grounds for processing
Personal data is processed on the basis of:
- the consent of the data subject, given by submitting a form on the Site;
- the necessity to perform a contract to which the data subject is a party, or to take steps at the data subject’s request prior to entering into a contract;
- the Company’s legitimate interests, including ensuring the security of the Site and protection against fraud.
5. Collection, storage, and processing procedure
Personal data is processed in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, good faith, and data minimization relative to the stated purpose.
Data is stored on secure servers and processed by Company employees and, where necessary, by engaged processors (for example, providers of CRM, hosting, and email/SMS distribution services), who are required to ensure confidentiality and an adequate level of data protection under agreements concluded with them.
Personal data is retained for a period corresponding to the purpose of its processing and not exceeding the periods established by the legislation of Ukraine, including for accounting and tax record-keeping purposes and applicable statutes of limitations. Job application data is retained for a reasonable review period, not exceeding 1 year, unless otherwise agreed with the candidate.
6. Disclosure to third parties
The Company does not sell and does not disclose users’ personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
Personal data may be disclosed to third parties only in the following cases:
- to engaged processors that provide technical services to the Company (hosting, CRM systems, email/SMS distribution platforms, analytics) under a data processing agreement and to the extent necessary to provide such services;
- upon a justified request from public authorities, in accordance with the procedure established by applicable Ukrainian legislation;
- in the event of reorganization, sale of assets, or another change in the Company’s structure — provided that the data protection guarantees set out in this Policy are preserved.
7. Cookies and analytics
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to ensure the Site operates correctly, to remember user preferences (including the selected language version), and to analyze site traffic using web analytics services.

8. Rights of the data subject
In accordance with Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, the user has the right to:
- know the sources of collection and location of their personal data, and the purpose of its processing;
- receive information on the conditions under which access to personal data is granted, including information about third parties to whom their data is disclosed;
- access their personal data;
- request the correction, amendment, or destruction of personal data, or its blocking, if it is processed unlawfully or is inaccurate;
- withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
- file complaints regarding the processing of their personal data with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or with a court;
- be protected from an automated decision that has legal consequences.

9. Protection of personal data
The Company takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including restricting access to data, using secure data transmission channels, and regularly updating the Site’s security systems.
