Candidate requirements:

  • Higher education (civil engineer majoring in construction, urban construction and economics or related specialties).
  • Work experience from 2 years.
  • Fluent reading of working drawings and design documentation.
  • Knowledge of technological processes of construction, modern technologies, materials, ability to calculate the scope of work.
  • Ability to organize work and interact with contractors; the ability to plan and control the work process.
  • Responsibility, attention to detail and proactivity.
  • Desire to develop and improve professional skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the execution of construction and installation works in accordance with the working drawings, the work organization project, the production plan and regulatory documents.
  • Organization of the work process, coordination of the actions of teams, ensuring and timely completion of tasks.
  • Monitoring compliance with safety and labor protection standards.
  • Management of construction resources (materials, equipment and personnel).
  • Timely report on the progress of work and resolve operational issues at the facility.

Working conditions:

  • Work in a group of companies with compliance with social guarantees in accordance with current legislation.
  • Official employment according to the Labor Code of Ukraine.
  • The construction site is located in the Kyiv region, village Sofiivska Borshchahivka.
  • Trial period up to 1 month.
  • Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00.
