The development company EVERDIM is looking for an Engineer to work in the Unified State Electronic System in the field of construction (EDESSB).
Candidate requirements:
- Higher specialized education and work experience in a construction company.
- Practical work experience in the Unified State Electronic System in the field of construction (EDESSB).
- Work experience with DIAM (State Inspection of Architecture and Urban Planning of Ukraine).
- Experience in the processes of control, supervision, processing of permit documentation in construction, as well as experience in representing the interests of a construction company.
- Understanding construction technology.
- Experience in communication with different categories of people, tact and diplomacy.
- Responsibility, initiative.
- Having a category B driver’s license, having a car (desirable, but not mandatory).
- Compliance with the principles of information confidentiality.
Main functions:
- Interaction between the customer and subcontractors at all stages of project management (design, construction, commissioning).
- Work in the Unified State Electronic System in the field of construction (registration, entering information about construction objects, checking statuses, expertise).
- Responsible support of the process of issuing permit documentation, putting objects into operation (control of preparation of documents, verification and preparation of comments).
- Document management/control.
- Control, preparation, obtaining technical conditions, MBU (MUO) and other permit documentation.
- Control, preparation, communication, support and obtaining expertise (EP, P, R).
- Control and support of documentation for facilities in BTI.
- Working with the Customer’s team, which is actively developing.
Working conditions:
- Reporting directly to the director.
- Full-time.
- Work in a group of companies with compliance with social guarantees in accordance with current legislation.
- Official employment according to the Labor Code of Ukraine.
- Construction sites are located in the Kyiv region.
- Comfortable and modern office at the address: Kyiv region, Buchanskyi (Kyiv-Svyatoshynskyi) district, village Sofiivska Borshchahivka, str. Svoboda bldg. 1C (Sofiivski Lypky housing complex).
